Illuminated Lashes is looking for a part-time lash artist to join our team in New Albany, IN.
This position starts part-time with room to grow as your clientele grows.
You’ll have a fully equipped workspace, supplies provided, mentorship, UV lash training, and the opportunity to learn a unique skill that helps artists stand out in their market.
I’m looking for someone who already has at least 1 year of lash experience and wants to continue growing their skills and confidence.
More than anything, I’m looking for the right person.
Someone who is:
• Reliable
• Hardworking
• Coachable
• A good communicator
• Great with clients
• Professional
• Open to feedback
• Excited to learn
I love teaching artists who genuinely want to improve and take pride in their work.
This could be a great fit for someone who:
✨ Wants mentorship
✨ Wants to grow their clientele
✨ Wants to learn UV lash extensions
✨ Wants a supportive environment instead of being completely on their own
✨ Wants room to grow long-term
Not a great fit if you’re constantly late, resistant to feedback, looking for someone to build your business for you, or bringing drama into the workplace.
