I’m excited to announce I will now be adding dry needling as a treatment option! Dry needling uses the same needles as acupuncture but focuses on myofascial triggers points, taut bands in muscle tissue, and structures associated with pain/injuries. It can be very beneficial in pain management and releasing muscles tension.

If you are a candidate for dry needling, you can add it on to a massage session or book it as a stand alone treatment.
