Have you heard?! The Root in downtown New Albany will be hosting a fundraising celebration on Thursday, September 10!
This is an all-day event called Give for Good Together, which will highlight the power of collaboration and collective impact. The theme is 1980's, so grab your leg warmers and denim jackets and go check it out! There will be comedy, magic, music, door prizes (including one from yours truly), raffles, and so much more!

It's common knowledge that simply being outside can make you feel better, and red light therapy may help you do the same. ❤️

We accept walk-ins at our Express Wellness Studio -- but you can also plan ahead! Actually, having a plan for self care makes it easier to, well, stick to the plan. Make an appointment, put it on your calendar, and have something to look forward to. 😍
