QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome students, recent graduates, career changers, and anyone excited to gain hands-on experience in the beauty and e-commerce space.

You don’t need years of experience to apply. We’re looking for people who are creative, dependable, eager to learn, and genuinely interested in beauty and digital marketing. If you enjoy bringing ideas to life and want experience working with a growing brand, we’d love to hear from you.

We’d love to connect with candidates who have:

A genuine interest in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or wellness

Strong written communication and the ability to share ideas clearly

Creativity and a good eye for details

Comfort with researching ideas and staying organized

Familiarity with social media platforms and online trends

Interest in e-commerce and how online brands connect with customers

The ability to work independently in a remote setting

A positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with a team

Helpful experience, but not required:

Familiarity with Shopify

Canva or other content creation/design tools

Email marketing experience, Klaviyo

Previous beauty, retail, or brand-related experience

Most importantly, we’re looking for people who are motivated, open to learning, and excited about contributing to a growing beauty brand. Fresh ideas are always welcome here, and we value enthusiasm just as much as experience.
