🦷 This tooth powder changes the game! 🦷

This tooth powder is a mineral-rich, fluoride-free powder designed around gentle cleansing, surface-stain removal, and enamel-supporting ingredients.

Bentonite clay is a naturally occurring mineral clay that provides gentle cleansing and polishing, helping remove surface debris while leaving teeth feeling smooth and clean.

Baking soda has been shown to assist in removal of surface staining.

Calcium hydroxyapatite is a tooth-identical mineral that helps replenish and strengthen enamel while supporting the natural remineralization process.

Xylitol is a naturally occurring sugar alcohol that helps reduce the ability of cavity-associated bacteria to thrive, supporting a cleaner and healthier oral environment.

Your under-eye masks deserve an ingredient upgrade.

Hydrogel eye masks may be popular, but have you ever looked beyond the marketing claims and actually read the ingredient list?

Some contain synthetic fragrances, dyes, and other additives that don’t align with everyone’s definition of clean skincare. And for sensitive skin, certain ingredients can contribute to irritation. There are some brands that don’t include the ingredients to be able to claim they are clean and nontoxic! Don’t fall for the scam.

But if you could enjoy the benefits of an under-eye mask, we’ve got you!

We are introducing reusable silicone eye patches!

Unlike pre-soaked hydrogel masks, silicone patches allow you to pair your favorite skincare products with a gentle, moisture-retaining barrier.

The silicone creates an occlusive environment that helps reduce moisture loss, supports skin hydration, and may enhance the absorption of certain skincare ingredients.

Pair them with your favorite skincare for a routine that’s:

-Customizable to your skin’s needs, use the skin care you love and you can change at any time!
-Reusable instead of single-use, better for the planet.
-Free from fragrances, dyes, and preservatives that harm your health in the patches themselves.
-Designed to complement the skincare you already love and make it work better.

Because intentional skincare isn’t about adding more ingredients. It’s about choosing the ones your skin actually needs that doesn’t have a negative impact on your health.

More tired. More hungry. Craving carbs. Sleeping more, but somehow still exhausted. Less motivated. More withdrawn. Mood lower than usual.

For some people, these changes begin showing up as the days get shorter and last until spring!

At the more severe end is Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), a recurrent form of depression with a seasonal pattern. But even outside a SAD diagnosis, many people notice that their sleep, energy, appetite, mood and motivation shift during the darker months.

And here’s something we don’t talk about enough:

Men’s and women’s biology isn’t identical.

We share the same fundamental circadian system, but women are also navigating reproductive-hormone rhythms across the month and major hormonal transitions such as perimenopause and menopause.

So when the annual light environment changes, it doesn’t suddenly replace everything else happening in our bodies.

It overlaps with it.

Your circadian rhythm is still responding to light and darkness.

Your hormonal biology is still influencing sleep, appetite, temperature, mood and recovery.

And the season surrounding all of it has changed.

This is why I don’t think the answer to winter is simply:

Push harder. Eat less. Drink more caffeine. Find more motivation. Make more lists of things to accomplish to do more and be more.

What if instead we asked:

What environmental inputs have changed and which inputs can I intentionally support?

1. Morning and daytime light
2. Nourishing, satisfying food that aligns with our monthly and annual cycles
3. Regular movement that is appropriate for where we are in our cycle.
4. Darkness and consistent sleep timing, blue and green free evenings.
5. Connection and oxytocin-supportive activities
6. Warmth, rest and appropriate recovery.

We’re not trying to trick the body into believing it’s July.

We’re learning how to support it each day, each month, all year long.

This is the bigger picture behind Living by Our Cycles, my complete 59-page guide to understanding how our daily circadian, monthly hormonal, and annual seasonal rhythms overlap, and how we can adjust the way we eat, move, sleep, connect and live accordingly.

Because maybe we don’t need to spend every winter fighting our biology.

Maybe we need to understand it and work with it.

No amount of planning, schedules, lists, etc will ever trump biology.

A winter arc should align with our biology and the biology of nature. Summer planning for winter will never work in our favor.

Let winter be winter, work with it instead of against it.

Support your daily, monthly, and annual cycles to feel your best!

A biologically appropriate Winter Arc starts here.

Not with another list to check off.
Not with a harder workout.
Not with more caffeine or another dopamine hit.

With light.

Morning sunlight is one of the strongest environmental signals our bodies use to set our circadian clock, helping establish the timing for alertness during the day and sleepiness later that night.

And as we move toward winter, that timing matters even more.

The sun is rising later.
The days are getting shorter.
Our light exposure is changing.

Instead of expecting our bodies to function exactly as they did during the long days of summer, we can learn to give them biologically appropriate inputs for the season we’re actually living in.

Sunrise light is one of them.

But it’s only one piece of a much bigger picture.

In Living by Our Cycles, I explore how light, sleep, food, movement, hormones, nervous-system support, and our daily, monthly, and annual rhythms all work together, and how to actually apply that information to everyday life.

If you want a Winter Arc that works with your biology instead of trying to override it, start with understanding your rhythms.

Get outside every morning.

Everyone is talking about the “Winter Arc.” But what if winter isn’t asking us to push harder?

The Winter Arc is:

More discipline.
More goals.
More productivity.
More stimulation.
More ways to keep ourselves motivated through the darkest months of the year.

But there’s another way to look at winter.

Our biology knows the light has changed.

As our days shorten, the timing and amount of light reaching our eyes changes. That light is one of the major signals our brain uses to regulate our circadian clock, affecting when we feel awake, when we become sleepy, and many of the biological rhythms happening underneath the surface.

So instead of spending winter continually searching for another dopamine hit to keep ourselves performing like it’s July…

What if we supported the season we’re actually in?

Get outside for the light that is available.

Protect your morning light.

Dim your environment as evening arrives.

Move your body.

Eat nourishing food.

Protect sleep.

Slow down when your body asks you to.

Winter doesn’t have to become a months-long battle against our biology.

Maybe we don’t need another strategy for forcing summer energy out of a winter body.

Maybe we need to understand the rhythms we were designed to live within.

That’s the bigger conversation inside Living by Our Cycles.

It’s not just about menstrual cycle syncing.

It’s a 59-page guide to understanding how your daily circadian rhythm, monthly hormonal rhythm, and annual seasonal rhythm overlap, and practical ways to support yourself as those rhythms change.

Because the goal isn’t to conquer winter.

It’s to know how to live well within it.
