No two bodies are the same—and no two massage sessions should be either.

I don’t approach massage with a predetermined routine.

Before each session, I look at how you are presenting that day—where you’re experiencing pain or restriction, how you’re moving, what has changed since your last visit, and what you want to accomplish from the session.
From there, I tailor the work specifically to you. Your session may incorporate therapeutic massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, lymphatic work, focused stretching and movement, cupping or simply slower restorative work when your nervous system needs it.
And sometimes, what your body needs most is relaxation.
That matters too. In fact, it’s one of the reasons I often say:
A little relaxation goes a long way.
After 21 years as a massage therapist, one thing I know for certain is that good bodywork isn't about following the same sequence on every client. It's about listening, assessing, adapting, and knowing when to change course.
My goal is simple: provide effective, purposeful massage therapy that meets you where you are that day, and helps you.
