One of the most meaningful parts of what we do is helping beauty products find a second life where they can make a real impact. From donations to redistribution efforts, we’re committed to making beauty more accessible while reducing unnecessary waste.
Getting to support and connect with organizations like this reminds us why we started YFM in the first place!
Sustainability and giving back can go hand in hand, and it’s something we take a lot of pride in.

POV: you think a beauty product is fake… but the brand just changed the packaging 👀
These are both the same moisturizer from Summer Fridays - but one is the older packaging and one is the newer rebrand.
It can be easy too assume that a product might be counterfeit but in reality they just rebranded a product, which honestly happens more often than people realize in beauty resale. Brands are constantly:
• rebranding packaging
• slightly changing product names
• updating formulas
• changing fonts, jar colors, or label layouts
And it can make spotting the difference between a fake product vs. a legitimate rebrand really confusing.
This is why verified resale and product authentication matter so much ♻️✨
Before assuming something is fake, always check:
✔️ batch codes
✔️ ingredient lists
✔️ official brand packaging updates
✔️ retailer photos over time
Beauty brands evolve fast… and sometimes the packaging changes more than the actual product does 👀

We saw a problem with beauty industry waste and knew there had to be a better way ♻️
Every year, millions of barely used beauty products end up in landfills creating unnecessary waste and throwing away products that still hold value.
That’s why we created a space where unused to gently used beauty products can be resold, redistributed, or responsibly recycled instead of tossed away.
