🧡Multiple sclerosis has changed the way I viewed the world. Everything became more precious and valuable.i became a person who was so limited mentally emotionally and physically. Now I see a world of limitless opportunity and boundless. I often make rules and break them because the world became my oyster and I am the pearl. 🧡
Medication dosent work by its self… it takes two to tango “live well”

Through middle and high school and all my college career
I would purposefully sit in the front row of my lectures .
In hopes I would be locked into lea tire and become a better student. I would doze off and wake up drooling .
Though id never failed in highschool or college I was close and I faced many hardships In college but education was a standard and expectation for my mother
I became. relentless in my goal to graduate ,
Bust lost amounts the shuffle
Stress took a told on my health@as did the dramatic change from one to another drug.
Before and after .. during school .::

Chronic pain changed ppl In many ways …
Especially my b after I used my cousins lol…
🧡I wasn’t always so dedicated to me nor was I to the concept of
🧡 I wasn’t always my greatest priority
🧡 In face I was my biggest problem
Self acceptance and love came much later In life.
At least it came my awaking came sooner then later
Went to sleep In woke up In
set not trends # nyc state of mind
As I was training I found myself in a wellness training Session with my next door neighbor
Suffering for auto immune and chronic ailments with a recent back surgery her self she’s always been apprehensive of movement. As I coached her into gentle safe movement ❣️
Suddenly she found herself engulfed in conversations and gently stepping up and down for stairs .
I filled her with encouraging affirmations and laughers flowed from her soul .
