It’s been almost 10 months since breaking my leg and TBH, getting back into hiking has been work. I’d say 7 miles is about my limit now before things start to get really sore, but even after taking my boots off at the end of the day, well that’s when the cramping really starts. Makes driving difficult since it’s my throttle leg!

These massagers have been a life saver. I’ve been using a different version for months, but I just got this portable one for road trips. It works just as well as my big one, but is more compact, comes in a travel case, and I can charge it off the truck. It’s pretty much perfect.

For me, it comes down to handful of things that I try to incorporate in to my daily routine. As a busy mom, I don’t always have time for everything on my list, but when I do, I notice a shift in everything - my attitude, my interactions with others, my patience with my kids, my sleeping, my energy levels. If I take the time I need to really care for myself, I’m able to give so much more to everyone around me. You know the saying…𝕪𝕠𝕦 𝕔𝕒𝕟’𝕥 𝕡𝕠𝕦𝕣 𝕗𝕣𝕠𝕞 𝕒𝕟 𝕖𝕞𝕡𝕥𝕪 𝕔𝕦𝕡.

I am loving my new massage gun from .official.
I get so excited to use it after my practice.
I definitely feel my muscles are a bit tighter after my power yoga sessions especially so this pretty little gun is great to target those all of my sore muscles (especially my hips).

This massage gun is lightweight, portable, and easy to use. I believe it to be the most gentle that I have ever experienced and it has 4 levels of intensity which I love. It also has four different attachment to target all muscles groups.

I have a schedule many kinds of yoga classes which is specifically power yoga, that's why my muscles are sometimes stiff and sore, and usually I just massage with my hands it makes me more tired but now I have a massage gun from .official for my daily self care routine 💙

Bye bye, tennis ball, it’s been grand but I just received a .official massage gun to help with myofascial release of my super tight muscles…so we must part ways. On a more serious note, I think all of us have areas no amount of stretching seems to remedy. My iliopsoas and hip flexor have been plaguing me. The instructions recommend trying this post workout, but I decided to try it preworkout, and it feels so much better right now. I am really impressed, and it is designed and created by an all-women company. This pleases me :) Also, I’m no longer cursing at my hip flexor.

Let’s talk about recovery! How do you treat your body after an intense workout? I enjoy foam rolling, but admit that I don’t do it very often. I was gifted this .official massage gun recently, and it works wonders! It has 4 different heads and intensity settings. It feels AMAZING and decreases muscle soreness and tension. I’ve even been using it on the back of my neck/head during a migraine episode.
