Turning 45 has given me something I didn’t expect—clarity

No midlife crisis. No bucket list.

Just a new standard.

I’ve spent enough years learning who I am, what matters, and what doesn’t.

This next chapter is about protecting my peace, guarding my time, and investing my energy where it’s appreciated.

Anything that drains me, distracts me, or keeps me from growing is simply... waste.

And waste has no place in my life anymore.

Thank you to everyone who reached out for my birthday. Your messages, calls, and kindness reminded me that while I’m letting go of what no longer belongs, I’m incredibly grateful for the people who do.

Here’s to the next chapter—stronger boundaries, bigger goals, and a life lived with purpose.
