I’m Randy… but most people know me as Reed.

XOG SKIN started from something real for me. I didn’t see people who looked like me being represented in skincare the way we should be. And instead of waiting for that to change, I decided to be part of that change.

I’ve traveled, learned, observed… took notes from everywhere I could. I’ve worked with big brands, studied the craft, and really dedicated myself to understanding skin and the business behind it.

Every product, every idea, every step… it comes from a place of wanting better for us.

I’m grateful for everyone who’s supported me in any way. It really means more than you know.
