This one feels especially close to our hearts. Created as a belated Mother’s Day gift for moms and caregivers, this afternoon is all about slowing down, regulating the nervous system, reconnecting to your breath, and giving yourself permission to simply be 🌿

Join us at .delight for a calming, community-centered experience designed to help you reset mentally, physically, and emotionally.
