Alejandra Alonso Rojas learned to knit from her mother at the age of four.

Today she is a mother of two, having welcomed her second child just a few weeks ago.

In conversation with WA:IT, she reflects on feminine lineage, a creativity that continues to evolve through motherhood, and the idea that taking care of yourself is not an indulgence, but a form of love.

“I’ve learned to slow down and take care of myself, so I can take care of others.”

Alejandra Alonso Rojas ha imparato a lavorare a maglia da sua madre a quattro anni. Oggi è madre di due figli, il secondo nato poche settimane fa.

In conversazione con WA:IT, parla di memoria femminile, di creatività che continua a evolversi attraverso la maternità e sull’idea che prendersi cura di sé non sia un’indulgenza, ma una forma d’amore.
