Vida Lee MD
Medical aesthetics practice focused on cosmetic injectables. Specializing in botox, filler, & microneedling.
If you keep doing this in the mirror - I’ve got you.
These are the things I would prioritize:
1. Sculptra - to stimulate collagen and improve structural support at the deeper levels. This gives a gradual result over time and is super natural.
2. Medical Skincare - gives a daily dose of collagen stimulation which will improve your skin health and quality much quicker than just relying on in office treatments
3. Microneedling to encourage more collagen remodeling and improve firmness, texture, and fine lines. +/- radiofrequency depending how much laxity you have.
These treatments work on skin laxity from multiple angles.
The Collagen Contour is the roadmap that combines them for the most effective treatment for skin laxity that is still incredibly natural because the end result is your OWN collagen.

THIS is how you get your Botox to last longer.
Sure - a higher Botox dosage will make it last longer. But, my preferred way to make your Botox results last longer is to boost your skin up so that it is inherently smoother, firmer, and healthier. That way, as your Botox starts to wear off, you’re not relying on Botox alone to keep those lines looking smooth.
A well-designed medical grade skincare regimen can transform the skin and is one of the most underrated, yet highest yield things you can do for your skin. Add in collagen stimulating treatments like chemical peels or Microneedling and now you have a well rounded routine for your best skin.
Skin health first always wins. Especially with mature skin.
When targeting heaviness, sagging, deep lines or wrinkles - filler is rarely my first step. Focusing on skin health treatments - like a prescribed at home skincare regimen and in office RF Microneedling will move the needle on so many of these issues together, and tightens the skin so that any filler treatments we decide to do will be so much more effective and natural.
If you have mature skin, I designed my signature lift treatment to be everything you need to take your skin from A to Z. Comment LIFT and I’ll send my guide on exactly how to do this.
The difference between good and bad lip filler isn’t just about using smaller amounts. Yes it’s important to be conservative but the most important thing is a good full facial assessment that will deliver results that blend in well and suit your face. I think it’s better to do nothing at all than to do something that doesn’t work with your anatomy. And one of the key areas to look at when making sure the lips look natural is the chin.
If you want that fresh faced, “no one can tell anything’s been done, but you look amazing” look - this is that treatment.
Sculptra is about building long term collagen. This strengthens your skins quality, so it’s smoother and tighter, while also giving you subtle volume in the places you’ve lost it.
One of my go to treatments when you want a natural, long lasting result.
The Collagen Contour is my newest comprehensive treatment that incorporates Sculptra and Microneedling for an inside and out approach to collagen building. Truly one of the best things you can do for a healthy youthful glow.

The goal is for nobody to know I was involved 😅
What exactly is facial balancing?
Facial balancing is a technique where we use filler holistically and conservatively to give you the most natural result when it comes to filler. It often involves treating multiple areas together, so that the whole face looks seamless and cohesive, and not any one area sticks out as “done”.
It’s the most effective way to soften shadows in the face such as:
+ Undereyes
+ cheek hollows
+ nasolabial folds
+ shadows around the mouth
+ jowls
It can also be used to enhance and define features like the lips and the chin.
When we use filler in this way - lightly sprinkled in all the right places - the result is a brighter more lifted version of you.
A little behind the scenes of what natural results actually look like day to day.
Time spent on consultations, thorough skin treatments, and customized plans for every patient.
Because the process matters just as much as the result.
Your 30s and 40s are less about “fixing” and more about maintaining what you already have beautifully.
This is the decade where collagen loss, volume shifts, skin laxity, and fine lines start to show up a little more — but the goal isn’t to look different. It’s to stay looking like you, just well-rested, refreshed, and supported over time.
My favorite treatments during this stage are ones that work gradually and naturally:
✨ Preventative + maintenance Botox
✨ Collagen stimulation (Sculptra + microneedling)
✨ Medical-grade skincare
✨ Strategic facial balancing when needed
✨ BBL/Moxi is a great starter device/laser
The best results usually come from layering subtle treatments consistently rather than chasing dramatic changes later.
If you’re not sure where to start, schedule a consultation with me and we’ll come up with a plan that works for you.
