NO MASSAGE TOOL...NO PROBLEM...use an orange to DRY massage the body by rolling on skin in upward circular motions as a cellulite treatment. This also makes juicing much easier😉. Drink up!
Massage is one promising remedy for cellulite. This can be done at home or with the help of a professional massage therapist. It reduces cellulite by improving lymphatic drainage. It can also help stretch your skin tissue. This may help stretch out cellulite dimples, too.
Massage creams offer the same benefits, but the key component is the massaging process. You can’t apply a cream and expect the cellulite to go away by itself.
Also, know that just one massage won’t help when it comes to cellulite. You need to repeat the process consistently to achieve and maintain your desired results.

The beautiful country of Chile holds some secrets to beautiful skin. Here I share one:
Chilean women use red grapes for luminous skin.
Known to be full of antioxidants, red grapes can be used to your advantage for a glowy apprearence.
Mash up a handful of grapes and mix a couple of tablespoons of flour through the mixture to create a paste, then apply it to your face and leave it six to 10 minutes before rinsing off. This helps to awaken tired skin for a radiant glow.
I also like to chill the grapes and apply to the eye area in a circular motion.
Just cut a grape in half, chill and apply😍

Milk & honey bath: This is apparently a well-known ancient Egyptian beauty trick. The combination of milk & honey makes a naturally exfoliating and nourishing treatment: the lactic acid in the milk removes dead skin cells, and honey serves as a natural moisturizer (with antibacterial properties!). This was supposedly one of Cleopatra’s tricks.
How to make milk and honey bath melts:
Ingredients
1/3 cup shea butter
1/3 cup almond oil
1/4 cup honey
1 cup + 1/2 cup powdered milk
Steps
Place the shea butter, almond oil and honey in a heatproof bowl, set over a pot of simmering water. Stir until completely melted. Remove from the heat and add 1 cup powdered milk. Stir until fully combined and the mixture is slightly crumbly.
Roll the mixture into balls by squeezing tightly in your hands. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cool completely.
Roll the bath melts in the remaining 1/2 cup powdered milk. Then simply drop 1 or 2 melts into running bath water and enjoy a warm, moisturizing bath!
