Vera's Essential Oils

Roses are red violets are blue.. loving all the roses 🌹 on display at my day job from @ Tiffany & Co.

Here’s to another year with my Birthday 🍰 eve diffuser blend...Setting my intention for my 38th year to Believe and Transform my life in a positive new light 💡- Thank you God for another year on Earth 🌍...🌱🙌🏼🙏🏻💋💗

Self care has been my main focus the last few months. I’ve been taking time to heal emotional wounds and trauma that run deep. This quote really hit home for me.

I try to push myself to do all the things for others or for work and sometimes I really just need to sit and breath and not do much more than that. Listen to your mind and body and the voice telling you to rest or to run. Find your rhythm in your self care routine.

Self care for me has been going to therapy, upping my vitamin game, working out, getting proper sleep, hanging out with friends, and setting healthy limits/boundaries in my relationships - which sometimes means distance. Distance and space is not only a hard boundary for me to set but also to accept from others.

Most of us forget that some personal battles that others are fighting have nothing to do with you. Set aside time for yourself daily and weekly so you don’t explode or get burnt 🥵 out.

Happy 70th Birthday to my mom in heaven, Ruth Eudora Regan. You’ll always be my angel and you’re another reason why I’m sharing Young Living with others so I can give back to ALS research. You were taken too soon at age 53 but I know you were needed in heaven. Love you Mom!...... 🥳🙏🏻💧💋🥰🐶🐾🌈 👼🏻 #718

Studying the Gameplan book again by YL leader Sarah Harnisch and doing an online boot camp training with my upline and crossline folks. Can’t wait to see my income transform. 🙏🏻💪🏼🌈
So I’m using Transformation Oil while I listen to the audio book 📚 on Audible (also on kindle). How are you transforming your life and others for the better or do you crave that ? I do! I want to build my business to help others with wellness and to pay off debts, and have financial freedom to start my own foundation for survivors of domestic violence. What’s your why? Why do you do what you do for a living or for fun?

Yes lord! Thank you 🙏🏻 💕💋😍

Taxi time after waiting 4 hours to be seen by a vet.

Super awesome experience with Vet Wheels in Bushwick. Highly recommend for cheap, thorough and knowledgeable vet.

🙏🏻🐶She may or may not have a Urinary Track Infection doing a urinalysis

🙏🏻🐶no heart murmur could be heard,

🙏🏻🐶definitely has a recessed V***a lol 😂 a vaginal plasti was recommended only if she continues to have problems especially if they are more serious...

🙏🏻🐶Has no heart worms!

🙏🏻🐶Bordatella vaccinated & she got her a**l glands expressed—that was disgusting. I never want to do that myself...but I may learn soon 🤣

🙏🏻🐶she’s three pounds overweight and he recommended getting her a partner.

🙏🏻🐶her eye has some weird funk. Got some ointment and some RX for heart-worm and fleas

All in all it was a great day for my babe Chalupa Regan 👏🐶💋🥰🙏🏻❤️🐾 @ Bushwick, Brooklyn

Worried about my baby Please pray for her 🙏🏻🐾💋🐶taking her to a vet tomorrow but any suggestions would be appreciated @ Bay Ridge, Brooklyn

That’s right...
