We have been doing the work when no one is watching. Started 10 min rows for max distance for warm-ups. It's not quite Acid Bath but a great way to get going! 👌💪👊

The squat cleans didn't go so well yesterday. Why? Two reasons:

1. Technique wasn't that great
2. Leg strength is way down

It is not a time to be discouraged or frustrated. These are huge opportunities for improvement. Today, we got on the squat rack and start improving! Improve whatever areas you need to.

Overhead squats made it into the workout! They always get us and we need to give them the ❤ back!

Our working weight is warmup weight. He's a legend. We feel satisfaction in improvement, however small it may be. Keep working! Keep pushing yourself! Keep improving! Let's do it together!

Just did a mid-season Murph (no vest) to see where the conditioning was at. There was improvement from last time and room for improvement for next time. We love these results! They keep us motivated! 👏👊
