Heat Therapy (HT) and Hydrotherapy
Are you familiar with passive forms of HT? Such as a natural hot spring, hot tub or sauna? While often associated with relaxation or spa settings... these interventions show incredible promise as medicine.
In Naturopathic Medicine, the use of natural interventions is often referenced as "Nature Cure" or "Water Cure".
