Namaste, everyone! 🙏 Did you know that Namaste is a traditional Hindu greeting that has found broad use in the yoga community and modern parlance? It literally means “I bow to you” and carries the connotation that I acknowledge the divinity and humanity within you and therefore I respect and value you.

This simple yet powerful greeting has become a symbol of peace, respect, and unity in the yoga community and beyond. It’s a beautiful reminder of the interconnectedness of all beings and the importance of acknowledging and honoring the divine within each other.

So the next time you say Namaste at the end of your yoga practice, remember the deeper meaning behind it and let it resonate within you. 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Power is beauty.
Stability is fundamental.
