Cabbage and Ground Beef
Ingredients
1 small cabbage chopped
1 lb ground beef
1 can diced tomatoes 15oz
1 cup onions chopped
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tablespoon bouillon powder
½ teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
salt to taste
Instructions
Place ground beef in a large pan or large cast-iron skillet on medium heat.
Break up the ground beef with a wooden spoon, and cook till the meat is browned.
Move the ground meat to one side and add the chopped onions and garlic.
When it's done, pour in the diced tomatoes and the rest of the spices.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes on medium-high heat.
Taste for salt and adjust.
Add the chopped cabbage, stir, and cook with the pot covered till

o Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
o Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

o In a large bowl, combine the shredded or cubed cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese.

Big Mac French Toast Sandwich
Ingredients:
For the French Toast:
4 slices of thick brioche or Texas toast
2 large eggs
¼ cup milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon butter (for cooking)
For the Filling:
½ lb ground beef (formed into two patties)
4 slices American cheese
1 small onion, sliced into rings
2-3 slices tomato
Pickles, to taste
Big Mac sauce (or Thousand Island dressing)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Prepare the French Toast:
In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated, and then place them on the skillet.
Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Set aside.
Cook the Beef Patties:
Season the ground beef patties with salt and pepper.
In the same skillet, cook the patties over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until your desired doneness is reached.

• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 large eggs, beaten

• 2 cups marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)

½ cup brown sugar

Vegetable Beef Soup 😍😍
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion diced
1 tsp garlic minced
Salt & pepper to taste
3 1/2 cup beef broth
1 15 oz can petite diced tomatoes
1 10.5 oz can condensed tomato soup
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 16 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables
2 medium potatoes any variety, we use russet
Instructions
In large pot or dutch oven add your ground beef, onion and garlic and cook until meat is no longer pink and onions are translucent.
Add your salt and pepper and mix to combine.
Mix in your beef broth, tomatoes, tomato soup, worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, vegetables and potatoes.
Bring to a boil the reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes until potatoes are tender.

Shred the carrots.
Slice the avocado.
Chop the green onion.

Arrange the corn, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, shredded carrots, avocado, and tuna around the bowl in sections.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds, if using.
