I’m living a whole ass dream. I never thought I would be able to recomp my body after all the rush cuts I did to make weight for weightlifting meets. ⁠

So I decided this time to lock in to a SLOW and steady cut, stayed consistent, stilll ate some treats here and there because YUM 😋 but I did the work. ⁠

I did it for myself, I did it to feel better, move faster, reduce my inflammation in my body, and get my confidence back! I am so grateful for the education, macros, app, and support gave me through this process. ⁠
