Helping women get their glow back at 50 🌟

Women over 50, come sit with me for a second. 🤍

I wish someone had told me these things sooner instead of letting me spend years—and a lot of money—figuring them out.

1. Stop asking if you still look good.
Decide you do. Then notice how differently you walk into a room. ✨

2. Stop fighting aging. Start supporting your skin.
Healthy, well-cared-for skin matters more to me than trying to look 30 again.

3. Don’t expect one serum to do everything.
Your skin’s needs can change as you age. A good routine is about consistency, not constantly buying the next product.

4. Support collagen with your nutrition, too.
Protein is an important part of my diet, and I aim for around 30g with my meals when I can.

5. Protect your sleep. 😴
I used to underestimate how much a consistent night of quality sleep mattered to how I looked and felt the next day.

6. Get morning light. ☀️
Ten minutes outside before reaching for my phone is one of my favorite simple habits. It costs nothing.

7. And the one I wish I had learned sooner:
As we age, cellular processes—including those involved in energy production—can change. That’s one reason I started paying more attention to my overall wellness routine.

NAD+ is now part of my daily routine. I personally use it to support cellular energy as I age. It’s not a magic fix, but it’s one piece of the bigger picture. 🧬✨

The exact one I use is linked in my bio.

Nobody told me I needed to do everything perfectly. I just wish someone had told me sooner that the small things we repeat consistently really matter.

“YOU’RE 54. You’ll never be 30 again.”

Me: I know. I’m not trying to be 30. 😚
I’m focused on feeling good, taking care of myself, and supporting healthy aging.

Me: THANKS, NAD+! 💜✨

I’M 54. ✨

And I’m not trying to look younger.
I actually look young. 😚🤍

But here’s what I’ve learned: looking and feeling good as you get older isn’t about chasing your younger self.

It’s about the little things you do every single day.

I focus on the basics:
☀️ Getting morning sunlight
💧 Staying hydrated
🥩 Eating enough protein and whole foods
🚶‍♀️ Moving my body regularly
🧴 Protecting my skin with SPF
😴 Prioritizing good sleep
✨ And keeping my wellness routine simple and consistent

I also include NAD+ in my routine. NAD+ is naturally found in our cells and plays an important role in cellular energy metabolism. I don’t consider it a magic anti-aging solution—it’s simply one part of my overall approach to healthy aging.

The goal isn’t to become someone else or pretend I’m 30.

The goal is to take care of the body and skin I have right now and feel confident at every age. 🤍

It’s never just about your AGE. 👀
I’m 54.

I’ve learned that looking after yourself isn’t about trying to stop aging. It’s about supporting your body and taking care of the little things consistently. 🤍

My routine is pretty simple:

☀️ I get morning sunlight.
💧 I stay hydrated.
🥩 I prioritize protein and whole foods.
🚶‍♀️ I move my body every day.
🧴 I wear SPF and keep my skincare consistent.
😴 I protect my sleep.
✨ And I include NAD+ in my wellness routine.

So what is NAD+? 👇

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a molecule naturally found in our cells. It plays an important role in cellular energy metabolism and also participates in processes such as DNA repair and cellular signaling.

NAD+ has become interesting in healthy-aging research because NAD+ biology changes with age. However, researchers are still studying how much increasing NAD+ actually translates into meaningful health or anti-aging benefits in humans. Recent reviews say the clinical evidence is still mixed and more long-term research is needed.

So I don’t think of NAD+ as a magic “turn back the clock” solution. For me, it’s simply one part of a bigger daily routine focused on healthy aging. ✨

The basics still matter most: sleep, movement, nutrition, sun protection, hydration and consistency.

Everyone talks about SPF, expensive serums, and drinking more water… but what about the little things we’re doing EVERY day? 👀

Here are 5 overlooked habits I swear by for keeping my skin looking fresh + healthy:

1. 🫧 Wash your hairbrushes — oil, dead skin + product buildup can get transferred right back onto clean hair.

2. 🚿 Wash product-heavy hair before bed — especially after dry shampoo or hairspray. I don’t want all that buildup rubbing onto my pillow and face overnight.

3. 🎧 Clean your AirPods/headphones — think about how often they touch your hands, ears + hairline.

4. ✨ Clean your beauty tools — tweezers, lash curlers, facial tools… if it touches my face, I clean it.

5. 💦 Rinse off after sweating — I don’t like sitting around for hours after a workout with sweat and oil on my skin.

BONUS: 📱 Clean your phone screen + 💻 wipe down your keyboard and mouse. You touch them ALL day and then touch your face without even realizing it.

Looking after your skin isn’t just about what you put ON it. The boring little habits add up too. 🤍

And yes, my overall wellness routine matters to me too. NAD+ is something I personally include in my daily routine as I get older. The one I use is linked in my bio. ✨

I’m 54, and my BFF is a model. 👀✨

People always ask what I do to keep my skin looking fresh and feel good as I get older.

So here are 7 simple habits I’ve picked up and made part of my routine. Nothing extreme, nothing complicated — just the boring things I can actually stay consistent with. 👇

☀️ 1. Morning sunlight
I try to get outside for a few minutes in the morning. It’s a simple way to start my day and get some fresh air and natural light.

💧 2. Hydration first
I drink water throughout the day and make hydration a priority before reaching for another coffee.

🥩 3. Protein with my meals
As I get older, I pay more attention to getting enough protein because maintaining strength and muscle matters to me.

🧴 4. SPF every day
Face, neck, chest and hands. I’d rather be consistent with sun protection than try to fix everything later.

🚶‍♀️ 5. Move every day
Walking, stretching, strength training — it doesn’t have to be complicated. I just try not to be sedentary all day.

✨ 6. NAD+
This is one thing I personally include in my wellness routine as I get older. I don’t see it as a magic anti-aging solution — just one part of the bigger picture. The NAD+ I use is linked in my bio.

😴 7. Protect my sleep
I try to keep a consistent bedtime, limit screen time before bed, and give my body time to properly wind down.

The biggest lesson? You don’t need a perfect routine. You need habits you can actually stick with. 🤍

5 boring things I do every night that changed how my skin looks after 50. ✨

No fancy 10-step routine. No filters. Just simple habits I’ve stayed consistent with. 👇

🌙 #1 — Aim for 7–9 hours of sleep and keep a consistent bedtime.

✨ #2 — NAD+ — I take it as part of my daily wellness routine, usually earlier in the day rather than right before bed. The one I use is linked in my bio.

🧴 #3 — Keep my nighttime skincare simple and consistent.

💧 #4 — Stay hydrated throughout the day, without drinking a lot right before bed.

📵 #5 — Put my phone away before bed and give my mind time to wind down.

The “boring” habits you repeat for years can become the ones that matter most. 🤍
