For the longest time - approximately since the beginning of Covid, I’ve had “new project paralyses”.

Yes, I started new creative and even business projects, moved to a different state and even reorganized most of my belongings.

But there was no “passion project”. Nothing felt worthwhile.

For me, a definition of a passion project is when you have so much energy to work on this project that you don’t notice time.

New ideas keeps popping into your head. And it does not feel like work.

I do get amazing new ideas often, but lack consistency of ex*****on because “life gets in the way”.

So today, I am challenging myself to start a 21 day project.

The goal is 𝕥𝕠 𝕔𝕠𝕟𝕟𝕖𝕔𝕥 𝕥𝕠 𝕞𝕪𝕤𝕖𝕝𝕗 𝕕𝕖𝕖𝕡𝕖𝕣.

To hear the voice that has been inside there all this time.

𝓐𝓷𝓭 𝓽𝓸 𝓰𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓵𝔂 𝓯𝓸𝓵𝓵𝓸𝔀 𝓲𝓽, 𝓮𝓶𝓫𝓸𝓭𝔂 𝓲𝓽.

And ultimately to see where it takes me so I can live my full potential.

Because I feel that there is something ＢＩＧ ｉｎｓｉｄｅ that needs to come out.

Happy Summer Solstice! Even if yesterday passed by and you did not realize it with Fathers Day celebrations and all, not all is lost! The energy of the longest day of the year is still here. Summer is in full bloom and so are you, as you are a part of nature.

The Summer Solstice celebration is huge in Northern Europe countries where I have lived, like Latvia and Norway. Because summers are so short, people really know how to celebrate and enjoy those rare days of sun.

How to harness the power of Summer Solstice?

- Find a place where you can enjoy the beauty of nature, especially lush greens and/or flowers.
- Enjoy the sunset and be aware it is one of the longest days of the year!
- Close your eyes and visualize yourself as a flower in full bloom. What does it feel like? Smell like? Look like? Taste like? Sound like?

Strangely, the day after I announced the launch of my book about power and happiness, I fell apart. I fell nothing but powerful or happy. A lot of emotions and past trauma were going through my mind and I felt like a complete failure.

It was a reminder that sometimes it is not so much about achieving a goal or reaching a milestone. It is more about enjoying the process - and the process being the most important thing.

Don’t forget to appreciate and have fun during whatever processes you are going through on your way to achieve a goal. Because when you actually achieve a goal - it is just one moment. But when you’re in the process that’s when the creation and magic happens!

🌸 We are all like flowers (men and women). We bud from the energy of the Sun and Earth. We bloom and flourish and eventually wilt away and reunite with the Earth.

Sometimes we repeat this process multiple times during our life. Every project we undertake usually follows this life path as well.

I can feel something inside me budding. What do you feel right now? Accept and nurture the stage you are in. We are all energy and all love.

Sometimes it feels like it does not matter or we are done with this or that. But every experience shapes us into the person we were meant to be. Each lesson amd failure is an important experience amd if we embrace it like that, our life will be a more joyous one.

I don’t get facials often, but when I do I try all kinds of bells and whistles.
