🌀 Reiki on, friend. 🕊️
We at Edgar Cayce’s A.R.E. are saddened to share the news that our friend and colleague, Renee Branch, has made her transition. Renee had been a staff member for 25 years at the A.R.E., as well as a massage therapist and on the faculty of the Cayce/Reilly School of Massage.
Over the years, Renee worked in many different departments including the Bookstore, Conferences, Travel & Tours, and the Health Spa. She has left her mark in the hearts of all who knew her and we will greatly miss her.
We will hold a celebration of life for Renee sometime in early November. Please watch here for more details as they become available.
Please join with us as we keep Renee and all who loved her in our thoughts and prayers.
With our warmest wishes for Peaceful Hearts,
Christopher Naughton, CEO

Autumn Equinox and Harvest Moon Cacao Circle
Gather in a sacred circle to honor the turning of the season, the balance of light and dark, and the luminous guidance of the Harvest (Corn) Moon. You are invited to slow down, connect with yourself and the community, and celebrate the abundance that has been ripening in your life. As we sip ceremonial cacao together, we will create space for reflection, gratitude, release, and renewal - acknowledging what has come to fruition, gently letting go of what is ready to fall away, and preparing for the season of deep rest and introspection. Come as you are, with a journal, a comfortable layer, and anything you wish to place on the altar as a symbol of gratitude, harvest, or transformation.
Joan Pleasants is a Yoga Teacher, Sound Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, and Cacao Circle Facilitator. She lives in Virginia Beach and is the founder of Intentional Being, LLC. Joan Infuses Reiki energy throughout the preparation and service of cacao.
