Your hands bring relaxation. Your well-being matters, too.

At the bodhi spa, we believe wellness is more than a luxury - it’s a ritual. As New England’s first hydrotherapy day spa, we combine the ancient practice of taking the waters with restorative massage to create a truly unique wellness experience.

We’re looking for skilled, compassionate Licensed Massage Therapists who love their craft, value meaningful connections, and want to grow with a team that genuinely cares.

✨ Why you’ll love working with us:
• Competitive compensation with commission opportunities
• Health insurance, paid time off & paid sick leave
• Complimentary birthday services & spa discounts
• Continuing education & tuition reimbursement
• Career growth opportunities
• A supportive, wellness-focused team

💧 What makes bodhi different?
Our signature Water Journey™ prepares the body through heat, cold, and relaxation, creating the ideal foundation for therapeutic bodywork.

We believe that when our therapists feel supported and cared for, they’re able to bring their very best to every guest.

LOCAL LOVE 🩵

Being a locally owned business means so much more to us than just having a place to call our own.

The Bodhi Spa was founded by sisters Harmony and Cedar, who continue to pour their shared passion for wellness, hydrotherapy, and community into everything we do, including the signature Water Journey experience they’ve created for you to enjoy.

We love being part of our Rhode Island and Massachusetts communities and are so grateful for the connections we’ve made over the years.

Thank you for continuing to show us so much local love. 🩵

Still feeling inspired by this year’s Newport Global Summit. ✨

What an incredible few days connecting with entrepreneurs, investors, innovators, thought leaders and changemakers from around the world - right here in Newport.

We were honored not only to attend, but to welcome Summit guests to The Bodhi Spa for a private morning of Pilates, hydrotherapy and a little time to reset.

So much of what we heard throughout the Summit centered around innovation, longevity, leadership and creating meaningful impact - and it reminded us how proud we are to be building a wellness business in this incredible community.

Thank you to Katharine Cushing and the entire Newport Global Summit team for bringing such an inspiring group of people together and for including The Bodhi Spa in this year’s experience.

Here’s to big ideas, meaningful connections… and remembering to slow down long enough to enjoy the journey. 🤍

Every detail handled.

Just bring your bathing suit. We’ll handle the rest.
