Hi, I'm Olga Goldberger, founder of IOKA Skin+Science. I'm so grateful you're here. I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself and share the story behind why I created IOKA.

I am a scientist and worked for many years in the Research labs in Harvard Medical school. I created IOKA Skin+Science because I saw a lack of emulsifier-free brands on the market that would benefit people with damaged skin barrier. ⁣
⁣
Years ago, I struggled with severe rosacea. Despite trying countless skincare products, my skin only became more irritated. As a scientist, I began investigating why, and I discovered that my skin wasn't reacting to active ingredients—it was reacting to the emulsifiers found in most conventional skincare.⁣
⁣
That discovery changed everything.⁣
⁣
In 1998, I formulated my first emulsifier-free moisturizer. Within weeks, my skin became calmer, more hydrated, and significantly less red. What started as a personal solution eventually became IOKA Skin+Science.⁣
