Fresh permanent makeup… but why do the brows look gray?
This client came to me only 2 months after having her brows done by another artist, looking for help and asking why brows look gray?
When permanent makeup looks gray, especially so soon after the procedure, there can be several factors involved — pigment choice, implantation depth, technique, skin, and how the pigment is healing.
The important thing is: don’t rush into covering it with more pigment. Removal is the best option in cases like this!

Yellow pigment cannot be removed with a laser.
Even with a Pico or Nano laser, yellow pigment will not respond.

Cover-up work - HEALED - after the second session
This skin had a lot to work with: old color from a tattoo done 25 years ago, fibrosis, scarring, and previous trauma
For me, the most important part is always the healed result. Especially when we are working with skin that has already been through a lot
This video was taken 2 months after the second session, so you can see the result clearly — not just fresh work, but how it actually healed
