Melvin and Juanita's Multicultural Salon is a family owned Business, and was Founded by the family of Melvin and Juanita's in 1999 in Chicago area. The the concept was to provided professional assistance with hair care needs, and cultivate communities throughout the United States one style at a time. Today M&J's is headquartered in Norfolk Virginia and continues to be reviewed for its tremendous services and quality in providing a full service multicultural salon
