Rescheduled appointments and cancellations must be done 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment or you will incur a 100% service charge. There is a 10 min grace period, after 10 mins you will incur a $15 fee and after 15 mins your appointment will be canceled and you will incur a 100% service charge. If you are sick, experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms, please reschedule. If this happens the day of the appointment or under the 48 hour time frame to reschedule or cancel, kindly reach out to me and you won’t incur the service charge as long as you reschedule the appointment. If you have a lash appointment, please do not chew any gum during the appointment or drink caffeine that day. Caffeine will cause fluttering eyes which can make it difficult to place lashes properly. If you want to bring earphones to listen to your own music you are welcome to. Phone calls and texts will be unacceptable during the duration of your service due to your eyes being closed so please keep that in mind and please put your phone on silent when you arrive.
