Grace is one of the hardest workers you’ll meet and is ALWAYS ready to jump in and help wherever she’s needed. She’s basically our resident handy (wo)man! If something needs fixing, moving, building, figuring out, or just plain getting sh*t done… Grace is probably already on it. 😂🔨

Beyond all of that, we’re so grateful for the talent, kindness, and positive energy she brings to the salon and to every guest who sits in her chair. We’ve loved watching her grow and are so lucky to have her on our team.

In the beauty industry, we spend our days taking care of others.
We listen. We connect. We celebrate the good days, hear about the hard ones, and sometimes become a safe place for someone to simply sit, breathe, and feel like themselves again.

But today is also a reminder to take care of the people behind the chair, front desk, treatment table and nail station.

This industry can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also be physically, mentally and emotionally demanding. Full books, long days, running behind, trying to make every guest happy, building a clientele, keeping up with social media, and balancing life outside of work can be a lot.

So on World Mental Health Day, remember:
Take the break.
Eat the lunch.
Ask for help.
Give yourself some grace.

And check on your coworkers—even the ones who always seem okay. 💚
