Britton, Holistic Nutritionist, Author and Founder of The MEGA Way, produces USDA Certified Organic, gluten-free, kosher shakes using only the purest all-natural ingredients. Burnt out from living life in the fast lane and suffering from the effects of long hours, poor eating habits and little sleep, Brigitte paid the ultimate price: her health. After enduring three years of excruciating pain, 11 surgeries, a weak immune system and massive weight loss, Brigitte learned firsthand the value and importance of good health. She went on to try many fad diets, but ultimately found that such “quick fix” diets were full of preservatives and artificial sweeteners, and contained very little, if any, nutritional value. Brigitte discovered the benefit of eating organic and the science behind food combinations. Armed with knowledge and a new outlook on nutrition, Brigitte began practicing integrative nutrition and holistic health through macrobiotic cooking and an alternative eating lifestyle. While completing an apprenticeship with a Chinese medicine practitioner, Brigitte learned the benefits of herbs, roots and live/organic foods, further motivating her to become a holistic nutritionist and organic chef. In 1995, Britton founded The MEGA Way lifestyle. Her first success was “No Guilt Gourmet,” a series of holistic gourmet recipes and prepared meals that quickly attracted 300 clients within the program’s first year. She soon expanded with holistic cooking workshops across the country. Through observation and experience, Brigitte quickly noticed the difficulties her clients faced in staying on track. She realized they needed a delicious, easy-to-prepare meal that was not only easy to incorporate into their busy lifestyles, but would totally balance all 10 body systems and help them stay on track permanently. This realization led Brigitte to create The MEGA Way Organic Shakes, USDA Certified Organic, gluten-free, kosher complete meal replacements. Designed to act as a total organic meal replacement, MEGA Way Organic Shakes combine more than 12 nutritional ingredients with Organic Valley’s Organic Whey Concentrate and Health Direct USA’S Liquid Vitamins. The MEGA Way Organic Shake has helped many lose fat, lower IBS symptoms and reduce conditions associated with Crohn’s disease, lupus, chronic fatigue, chronic depression, hormone imbalance, diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
