🌿 Meet Grace, Evergreen’s Newest Yoga Teacher!
We’re excited to officially welcome Grace Simoneau to the Evergreen Holistic teaching team! 💚
Grace began practicing yoga after moving to Florida in 2024 and soon felt called to deepen her practice, completing her 200-hour yoga teacher certification.
Throughout her training, yoga became much more than movement. She found a deeper connection to the breath, greater awareness of self, and a sense of peace, balance, and connection that extended beyond the physical practice.
As a teacher, Grace hopes to create a safe, uplifting, and calming environment where students feel supported in slowing down, turning inward, and exploring their own practice. Her approach encourages students to connect with their breath and create space for greater balance between mind, body, and spirit.
✨ Practice with Grace every Monday at 6:45 PM for Yin, beginning October 5th!
Grace’s Yin classes offer an opportunity to slow down and settle into longer-held postures while incorporating gentle, mindful movement along the way. With an emphasis on breath, awareness, and creating space within the body, her classes are designed to leave you feeling grounded, restored, and more connected to yourself.
We’re so happy to have Grace joining the Evergreen community and can’t wait for you to get to know her! If you see her around the studio, be sure to say hello and help us give her a warm Evergreen welcome. 🌿💚
