Novi Beach Club Tanning

The VersaSpa meter was off, and I was already on my way to the salon to fix the issue. My intention was to correct the meter, reset the booth, provide her with a full refund, and offer a complimentary session for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, she began yelling at my employee before I had the opportunity to arrive and resolve the situation. My employee did everything she could, including attempting to reset the machine, but ultimately it was an issue that required me, as the owner, to correct.

Rather than allowing us the opportunity to resolve what was actually a very simple issue, she repeatedly swore at and insulted my employee. That behavior toward my staff is completely unacceptable.
She left before I arrived because a client came out to check what was going on.
Equipment issues can happen, and we will always do our best to make them right. However, verbally abusing an employee over an equipment malfunction is something I will not tolerate. My staff and their well-being will always be my top priority.

Thank you SunEvolutions you guys always send the BEST boxes!!!

Our Level 6 lay-down bed has recently been completely refurbished from the inside out! ✨ If you haven’t tried Room 12 recently, now is the perfect time to check it out and give your color a boost! ☀️

What makes our Level 6 different? It uses high-pressure tanning lamps, which produces a much higher proportion of UVA compared with traditional low-pressure tanning lamps. Resulting in a deeper bronzed tan vs a base layer tan! tanning
