My best skincare advice? Romanticize it.

Your skincare routine shouldn’t feel like another chore at the end of the day. Turn it into one of the best parts of your day & make it a moment you actually look forward to.

Dim the lights, light a candle. Be intentional with your touch. Really try to not rush through your routine. When you slow down, you’re less likely to rush through your cleaning & leave any makeup, oils or debris behind. Take a few moments and wash the day away, mentally & physically.

I always tell my clients- If you also struggle with skin picking, doing your routine in soft lighting, really does help you not focus on every little detail.

Another simple tip: wash your face as soon as you get home for the day. It takes the pressure off for later.

Lastly- I might be testing out a possible new line in my backbar that I’ve been eyeing for yearrrrrs. & that is completely my vibe 👀
