I’m looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, eager to learn, and wants hands-on experience behind the chair.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the real ins and outs of working behind the chair while working alongside an experienced stylist.

I’m looking for someone who:
• Loves the beauty industry 💇🏼‍♀️
• Is eager to learn and take direction
• Has a great attitude and strong work ethic
• Is dependable, organized & detail-oriented
• Enjoys working with people
• Wants to grow their skills and experience
• Is comfortable helping with shampooing, blow-drying, color services, cleaning/organizing, and general salon support

✨ What I’m offering:
Hands-on education and experience, the opportunity to learn color formulation, extensions, color corrections, and the day-to-day behind-the-chair workflow.

This is more than just an assistant position — I want to help the right person grow.

It’s just that simple.

Life is busy and planing ahead can sometimes feel overwhelming. Committing 2 to 3 months from now brings up all sorts of questions. What work will look like, kids commitments, vacations or events you’ll be attending.
I get it it.

But having regular haircuts is so important for hair health and growing length.
The assumption is that if I don’t cut it it will grow is mostly incorrect. Yes some people are lucky to have good hair, but the reality is not everyone does. if you struggle getting your hair past a certain length or is always dry and straggly a strategy of regular haircuts will change that.

Simple reminder that the seasons change every 3 months. That’s the trigger to the brain to make the appointment for the haircut. It’s just that simple ✌🏼
