Just an FYI for my clients who are booked with me this week. I have been dealing with some pain in both my arms mainly my right arm and some neck stuff going on. Im still showing up and will be taking clients, its just if im a little off or maybe not as deep pressure that is why. I may even throw in some free addons to help me along like hot stones or cupping. Also I messed up Tuesday and scheduled a full day with no lunch break so plzzz really bare with me that day lol. If ya show up early I may still need to wait to start ya at ur scheduled time :) I look forward to seeing everyone and your understanding.

Go check her out! I went yesterday because I have been in so much pain. She did an adjustment like I have never had before. She has a cool table that stretches you while she works on you. She did a 3D scan on me that really showed what was going on in my body which is alot. She can help with getting labs done and figure out what is going on with you. She has great tips, supplements and advice. Im hoping to do some of the testing with her soon to find out why im feeling so bad. She offers a variety of services not just chiropractic care. Shes local and a small business owner.

Hey everyone with 2026 coming to an end in just a few months I am trying to think about my prices, gift card specials and possibly doing maybe some packages going forward into 2027. I would like to get some feedback from clients and other business owners/massage therapist or people who get massages not from me but at other places.

I raised my prices in January 2026. But with that I did an awesome giftcard special before the end of the year and for my regulars who come every two weeks or at least once a month I did discounts. But that has been a little tricky this past year with so many people paying different prices and trying to keep up with who comes once a month and who comes 2x a month and who maybe had to skip out on a few months but still got the discount. Being a business owner especially in my field is so hard because you form such close bonds with people and you have those that show such loyalty by sticking with you that you want to give everyone a deal. But at the end of the day I know I need to remember that this is my business, how i make a living, what pays my bills and what helps me build a future.

I know for the experience I bring to the table (literally lol) and I give the full time that I am still alot lower on my prices than some businesses. So even if I charge everyone my full prices ($80 for an hour and $110 for a 90min) its a good deal. But I have always said I want to keep it affordable but I also dont want to kill myself like I did working for someone to make a decent income. So with all of that said whats some ideas, tips, suggestions, etc yall have for me :)
