A licensed cosmetologist and Michigan College of Beauty graduate, Dage is passionate about the confidence and glow a fresh hairstyle can bring. Helping clients experience that transformation is what fuels her love for this industry.

She’s specializes in natural hair care and very talented in silk presses, quick weaves, ponytails, bob cuts, loc retwists, and men’s braids, while bringing care and precision to a variety of hair needs. Whatever the look, healthy natural hair and exceptional customer service remain at the heart of her work.

Meet Tiffany, one of the talented hands behind BBA Collective! 💜✨

Her love for hair began with styling family and friends, but her own natural hair transformation in 2015 deepened her passion for healthy hair care. A licensed cosmetologist and David Pressley School of Cosmetology graduate, Tiffany brings experience working with all hair types and a commitment to protecting the integrity of every strand.

From silk presses and two-strand twists to braids, loc retwists, and healthy color, she creates polished, versatile looks while keeping long-term hair health a priority. Her experience in a Brazilian Blowout salon also helped refine her smoothing and silk press techniques.

Being a hairstylist has never been just a job to me. I genuinely love what I do. I love helping people feel beautiful, caring for their hair, building relationships with my clients, and creating a space where people can walk in and feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for.

I’ve poured so much of my heart into BBA Collective Hair Studio. The long days, the lessons, the sacrifices, the growing pains, the wins, and even the mistakes that taught me how to become a better stylist and business owner. Every part of this salon has been built with intention.

And as BBA grows, one thing I refuse to compromise on is our standard.
