Hi, I’m Melissa—the founder of MM Beauty Co Lash Bar & More.

Six years ago, I made one of the biggest decisions of my life.

After spending 26 years in retail management, leading teams and growing businesses, I realized I wanted something more.

Not more success…

More purpose.

I’ve always believed in the power of self-care, confidence, and creating spaces where people feel genuinely seen.

My original dream was simple—to create a place where women could relax, feel cared for, and leave more confident than when they walked in.

What I didn’t expect was how quickly that dream would grow.

Within my first year, my books were full, I had a waiting list, and I realized my passion had become about so much more than serving clients.

It became about mentoring artists, sharing knowledge, and building a team that shares the same heart for this industry that I do.

Today, MM Beauty Co is more than a salon.

It’s a place where beauty professionals are encouraged to grow with confidence, where clients are welcomed like family, and where luxury is defined by how we make people feel.

When someone walks through our doors, my hope is that they instantly think,

“This is exactly where I want to be.”

And when they leave…
