To keep the body in good health is a duty, otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.

I began my Massage Therapy career in 2008, working with Doctors of Chiropractic and in spas; however, my goal was always to establish and work with my own clientele. I am certified by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB), the highest national standard in the field of massage. I became certified in Prenatal Massage in 2008. I believe in the power of positive

I’m a girl’s girl.
I pour into women for a living.
Inside the treatment room, I help them slow down, soften, and reconnect with themselves.
Outside the treatment room, I remind women that they’re capable of building the life they dream about.
Whether it’s through massage, education, encouragement, or simply believing in someone before they believe in themselves...
There’s room for all of us to succeed.
When one woman rises, she gives another permission to do the same.
Tag a woman who inspires you or has always cheered you on. Let’s celebrate the women who make us better. 🤍
Frequently rescheduling or canceling on clients.
Emergencies happen, but consistency builds confidence. Clients need to know they can rely on you.
Making clients feel like another appointment instead of a person. Slow down, make eye contact, remember their story, it lets them know they’re more than a time slot on your calendar.
Never checking in on pressure or comfort. Encouraging your client to feel safe to speak up builds trust and a memorable experience.
Failing to recommend a follow-up plan. Clients look to you for guidance. When you confidently recommend the next step, you’re helping them stay consistent. It’s not being pushy or salesy. It’s you helping them get the results they are seeking.
Never asking them to rebook. If you believe they’ll benefit from another session, don’t make them guess. Invite them back, again, they are looking to you for guidance.
The goal isn’t just to give a great massage. It’s to create an experience your clients can’t wait to come back to. 🤍
Running behind without communicating. I understand that things happen. But a quick text or call shows that you value and respect their time.
Ignoring their treatment goals. Every client comes in for a reason, not for a sequence. Listen first. Then tailor the session based on their needs.
Forgetting details they shared at previous appointments. Remember to do your notes. Even remembering the little things makes your clients feel seen, valued and cared for.
Having an unclean or cluttered treatment room. This is a big pet peeve of mine! Your room sets the tone. They are coming in to relax. A cluttered and dirty disorganized space can be a distraction for you and the client.
Failing to create a relaxing atmosphere from the moment they walk in. Your presence, lighting, music, scent, and greeting all tell the client’s nervous system, “You’re safe here.” IT ALL MATTERS!
If you made it this far, save and come back tomorrow for the next 5. I got a little long winded. 🤍
Every. Single. Time
We don’t wait until our car breaks down to change the oil.
So why do we wait until our body is screaming for help?
Regular massage isn’t just about feeling good for an hour. It’s about helping your body stay resilient over time.
When you receive massage consistently, it can:
• Help reduce chronic muscle tension before it becomes a bigger problem.
• Improve mobility by keeping muscles and connective tissue more pliable.
• Support healthy circulation, bringing oxygen and nutrients to working tissues.
• Encourage recovery from exercise, repetitive movements, and long workdays.
• Increase body awareness, helping you notice small aches before they turn into bigger issues.
• Help regulate the nervous system, making it easier to manage stress and muscle guarding.
Think of massage as maintenance not just repair.
The goal isn’t to wait until you’re injured.
The goal is to help your body move well, recover well, and continue doing the things you love for years to come.
Your body carries you through every season of life.
Take care of it before it asks you to.
When was your last massage? If it’s been a while, maybe your body has been asking for one long before you realized it. Your future self will thank you. 🤍

The biggest transformation isn’t coming from what’s in a bottle, it’s coming from your hands.
Facial massage is one of the easiest ways to elevate a facial from a skincare treatment to an unforgettable experience.
Encourages healthy blood flow, bringing oxygen and nutrients to the skin for a natural, radiant glow.
Supports lymphatic drainage, helping reduce puffiness and fluid retention.
Helps soften tight muscles in the jaw, forehead, temples, and around the eyes.
Releases fascial restrictions that can leave the face feeling tense or “stuck” and “tired”
Encourages clients to shift into a parasympathetic (“rest and digest”) state, allowing the body to relax more deeply.
Improves product absorption by increasing skin temperature and preparing the skin before finishing products are applied.
Many clients don’t realize they need until they experience them. And when you see them come out of the session, you’ll just know they will want this for life!
Because they aren’t just leaving with glowing skin,
they’re leaving feeling lighter, calmer, and wondering why every facial doesn’t include massage. And they will keep coming back!!
If you’ve been thinking about adding facial massage to your practice, join the waiting list to be the first to know when my Facial Massage course opens. I’ll teach you how to confidently incorporate these techniques to create a luxury experience your clients will rave about.
