I’ve had shoulder pain for at least 6 months. It wasn’t debilitating, it only hurt when I stretched certain ways, and I don’t remember injuring it, so I figured it would go away on its own. Then I was listening to a podcast by ​⁠ and​ she described my symptoms exactly! I learned that it was not going away in its own and would probably get worse! I made an appt with the orthopedist that day and was able to get in 2 days later. X-rays and an exam

Then I realized I didn’t have to abandon the Three Word Method that’s been working so well for me. Instead, I could use the Style Roots to help express my three words.
My words are Relaxed, Classic & Unexpected. 🌿
I see Earth + Mushroom as my foundation—but that Unexpected piece can change. Some days it might be Flower, Stone or even a little Sun.
That was my lightbulb moment. 💡

I guess I’m just a kid at heart because I fell in love with this trend of decorating your Birkenstocks! I bought these faux ones and I think they might be not comfortable than the real ones! Now I kind of want a pair in dark brown with red!
