This massage focuses on spine health. Using massage, hot towels, hot stones and cupping to relax the muscles. Followed by Assisted stretching then ending the session with the Ceragem massage bed. This uses Infared and jade rollers along the spine for deep relief

Session time is 90 min

Session cost is 110 but if booking next week on a Monday, Tuesday or Thursday available appts I will give a special rate of only 90 to fill those open appts

Summer sports and sun play havoc on our skin. not only does heat, dirt and sweat clog our pores and enlarge them but the sun dehydrates and ages it.

🎵🎶. Hi! I was looking for some input and opinions from the community.🎶🎵

I recently invested a small fortune into vibro acoustic mats 🎶for my small spa located in okemos. I'm trying to figure out how to put this as a service on my Spa menu. I thought I'd see what the basic interest is from the public.

(if you're not familiar with what this is, this is a sound immersion for relaxation, it helps with anxiety and to calm the nervous system, the vibration does help to relax the muscles. What it does is incorporates the vibration from the music through the mat so that you feel it through your whole body as a whole immersive experience hearing it , feeling it and relaxing down to it.)

The idea between getting two of them was I thought it would be a fun inexpensive, date night, experience, or friends or any sort of a couple.

Does this sound like something you would do for a fun date night? Or with a friend or possibly with one of your children ? And would you want this be a standalone experience for you ? Or do you think twould be fun to do to relax down then go to dinner or a winery or what have you or do you feel like you need something more with the experience warm oil Scalp massage or reflexology?

Also being that it does help relax down the muscles I'm thinking of offering this as a service that I could do 10 minutes prior to a massage and then again 10 minutes after a massage so you can lay there process the massage and unwind. I would truly appreciate feedback on this because I know it seems crazy but different areas tend to have different ideas of what they like to do and expect. I really want to make sure I'm pinpointing the needs and wants of the communities surrounding me.🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶
