On Monday, I started the 75 Hard Challenge to help me build mental toughness and increase my self-awareness. For me, the 75 Hard Challenge is not just about becoming hard in the face of adversity but about discovering the profound depth of my inner peace and strength. It became a metaphor for life itself—a series of deliberate choices, disciplined efforts, and moments of deep introspection. It's a reminder that in the chaos of the world, the quiet quest for self-awareness is the most radical journey of all.
