Here's what I've been doing for my natural pre-workout🍴

I have been posting less and focusing on building out next business goals and really fine-tuning visions to come to fruition throughout remainder of year.

My next 3 months are now open and bookable!

I have already marked out travel dates for myself and my lil' fambam throughout the summa summa time so I highly encourage you to get your May/June/July appts prebooked.

In addition to this, I've officially shut down books for 1 Sunday per month. I've trialed it the last three months quietly, and it has gone beautifully to take one full weekend off for reset. There will still be 3 other Sundays to choose from so not to worry!
