A couple announcements:
1. A new Move + Elevate video will come out tomorrow. While this is a series, you can join in anytime ð
2. Myo + Motion will be closed from July 10th - August 4th. New Patient Appointments will open again in August.
3. For Existing Patients: From now until July 10th there are no spots available to schedule online. You must call!

I don't always work Saturdays, but when I do I am thankful for being able to provide care in a unique way to my wonderful patients.
I also trip on an invisible rug, spill water down the front of my shirt, and forget to wear deodorant. ð
luckily all three can be remedied.

Wishing everyone a wonderful Sunday. Stay cool, friends. ð That sun is already nice and toasty. ðĨĩ
Use this little sequence to break up the work day and help with tension of the head/neck/shoulders/arms/hands (yeah, all of them!).
While this can make a significant difference if you are dealing with stiffness, aching, numbness and/or tingling into the arms and/or hands, you will want to discontinue if these movements worsen your symptoms.
You can also lighten the stretch of the first two movements by not leaning your head to the opposite side.
