Evodia Fragrances recently received an unexpected email stating that reviews on our Google Business Profile had been restricted. We immediately submitted an appeal, only to be told that the decision would stand; without any explanation, evidence, or details about what allegedly caused the restriction.

For a small business, genuine customer reviews and word-of-mouth support are invaluable. Our clients have taken the time to share their authentic, positive experiences, so having that important feature suddenly taken away is both frustrating and baffling.

Better Business Bureau of the Midwest Plains, if you have any advice on how a small business can challenge this decision and receive a fair, transparent review, we would greatly appreciate your guidance.
