This past weekend was one for the books! The 5th annual 𝐍𝐎𝐈𝐑𝐄 was such a great time! Not a bad vibe in sight! You had to be there! Shoutout to 𝙱𝚛𝚒𝚖𝚊 🍒 for setting the tone for the summer ☀️

Working out doesn’t make you exempt from normal bodily functions.
You’ll bloat. You’ll have cellulite. Your stomach will probably still have a little roll when you sit down. It’s all a part of being HUMAN.

Constantly over analyzing your body can make you hyperaware of flaws that nobody else even notices. You’ll mess up. Your motivation will dip. Your body will fluctuate.
But It’s discipline that keeps you going. Grace keeps you from hating yourself in the process. 🫶🏿
