Week 8 of the 60XT Challenge 💪
What started as a commitment to move more turned into so much more. Over the past 8 weeks, we’ve pushed ourselves harder, showed up on the days we didn’t feel like it, learned new workouts, and built connections with so many familiar faces on the fitness floor along the way.
This challenge reminded us that growth doesn’t happen staying comfortable. It happens one workout, one stair climb, one extra rep, and one encouraging conversation at a time.
We may be wrapping up Week 8, but this isn’t the finish line for us — it’s the beginning of continuing the habits, strength, and confidence we’ve built together. ✨
