This transformation was all about scalp health, curl health, shape, and definition. 🤎

We started with two treatments: first, a scalp-focused treatment that included a detox to refresh and cleanse the scalp. We then followed with a curl treatment designed to strengthen and deeply hydrate the curls, bringing softness and vitality back into the hair. ✨

Then came the cut — a layered curly V-cut designed specifically to work with her natural curl pattern.

The layers enhance curl definition, create movement and dimension, and allow the hair to build beautifully toward the back. The tapered V shape also creates an illusion of length, making the hair appear longer while still keeping a shorter, structured shape. ✂️

And cutting a precise V into short curly hair takes technique — you have to understand shrinkage, curl pattern, and how each curl will spring back and fall naturally.

The result? Stronger, hydrated curls with beautiful definition, movement, and a V shape that gives the illusion of length. ✨🤎
