We love getting away š
Not sure how to make new friends as an adult? š¤
Come alone.
Women arrive at our retreats from different places, different seasons of life, most not knowing anyone.
And somehow, somewhere between the deep conversations, shared meals, laughter, tears, breathwork and quiet momentsā¦ strangers become friends.
You donāt need to bring anyone with you.
You just need to come as you are.
Thereās something really beautiful about meeting women you may have never crossed paths with otherwise.
āThe universe buries strange jewels deep within us all, and then stands back to see if we can find them.ā ā Elizabeth Gilbert
Breathwork has changed my life and it makes me so grateful to see the shift in others. What a gift!
