We often cling to God most tightly in our hardest seasons. But there is a quiet kind of spiritual maturity that says: “God, I still need You when life feels beautiful too.” Not just in heartbreak. Not just in fear. Not just when answers are missing. But in joy. In peace. In ordinary moments that feel easy to carry on our own. Mindfulness reminds us to stay aware of God’s presence in every season... not only the painful ones. Because the same God who holds us together in the storm is also the One who gives us every breath, every blessing, and every good thing we often take for granted. 🙏

We offer Grief, Grace, and God individually and communally. This is a copy of a former brochure.

I’m grateful to share that part of my calling is serving as a certified spiritual director and spiritual care specialist.

Spiritual direction creates sacred space to pause, pray, reflect, heal, and listen for God’s presence and guidance in everyday life. It is not about having all the answers, but about walking alongside others with compassion, prayer, and attentive listening as they discern where God is leading them.
